All Tomelo soaps incorporate donkey milk, contributing to hydration, regeneration and reducing the aging effects on the skin.
This soap is wrapped manually in tissue paper and placed in a beautiful cardboard box. With this new packaging, we intend to eliminate the plastic we previously had, making this product more ecological and sustainable.
This moulded 150 gr soap presents a characteristic fragrance of bitter almond remembering the traditional almond trees of this region.
The image of the donkey in the soap box intends to keep present the appreciation of these animals combined with a unique history and traditions, as well as a little known region and with so much to offer to those who visit it.
The donkey’s milk used in these products comes from animals of the Portuguese native breed “Burro de Miranda” that graze freely in marshes of Northeast Portugal, in the counties of Vimioso and Miranda do Douro.
